We frequently get calls from food writers, looking for photos or the scoop on the cheese and the dairy. The most recent call came from Philadelphia, and it sounds like they like the cheese there. Much like we do, Craig compares it to Italian Tallegio... Anne Saxelby of Saxelby Cheese is a long-time customer, recently an Intern Emeritus of the dairy's cheese cellar and -- clearly -- a Grayson fan. As she says it so well,
"The cheese has reached its pungent crescendo, and we've got a nice little cache of it in the cave at Saxelby Cheesemongers."
