Cooking Light magazine has just announced its 2010 Taste Test Awards, and Appalachian was chosen Best Artisan Cheese from the South, one of five cheeses chosen geographically in the Artisan Cheese category. Taste Test Award Winners were named in 32 categories - 26 grocery categories and 6 artisan categories. The October issue hit the newsstands September 17th.
