As a seasonal dairy, we inevitably have times of the year when we're out of one or more varieties of cheese, and at other times we'll be unable to get cheeses to all our suppliers due to high demand. To reduce frustration, we're now offering a once-weekly summary of our cheese supplies via mailing list. Suppliers can also order cheese simply by replying to the weekly email.
We keep our emails as brief and to-the-point as possible, and it goes without saying that we'll never sell your email to anyone else. (Even if we were that evil, we're not that organized.)
