Shipping Policy
All website orders are shipped via UPS, using insulated packaging and refrigerant gel packs. To ensure the cheese arrives in the best possible condition, we limit time in transit to no longer than 2 calendar days. Whenever possible, ground shipping will be used to keep your shipping fees to a minimum. However, if you're outside our 2-day ground shipping range, you will be asked to select 2-Day Air shipping.
To keep your cheese from spending extra time in a warehouse, we also do not ship across the weekend.
Most website orders are shipped out on Tuesdays. If your order is placed after 10am on Tuesday, we may opt to delay shipping it until the following week. If you need your order for a particular date or require rush shipping, please contact us with your order number and we'll do our best to help.
All website orders are updated with a tracking number once shipped. If you have not received an email with your tracking information, please contact us with your order number and we'll get back to you within one business day.
Delays in transit are a regrettable possibility. If your package arrives a day late, in most cases your cheese will still be fine. If the package has been delayed for multiple days, please refrigerate the cheese immediately and contact us with your order number, so we can arrange a refund or replacement.
Please do not refuse the delivery even if a package is significantly delayed or arrives damaged.
Damage In Shipping If your package or the contents arrive damaged, please contact us with your order number. If possible, please include photos of the damage. We will get back in touch within one business day.
International Orders Due to import restrictions on raw-milk cheese, we are unable to ship to non-US destinations at this time.
